Chef Prish of Naked Food will teach three gourmet raw, vegan desserts. These desserts are rich, decadent and complex but simple enough to DIY at home and impress the socks off your guests. They freeze well, which means that anytime you're craving a little sweet sumthin', you can just pop one out of the freezer, defrost for an hour then enjoy!
Raw, vegan desserts are taking the world by storm and for good reason! They are packed with healthy, whole ingredients like fresh fruits, nuts and seeds. They carry a high level of anti-oxidants that get to work in the body to stabilize free radicals and they are also "fast-exit" foods, which leave the body fast, preventing stagnation in the gut which leads to disease.
We will meet in Chef Prish's cozy, rooftop apartment in Taipei City and enjoy an intimate, hands-on workshop together. We will have a gourmet raw cake tasting to end our session. Please contact us if you're less than 5 people.
