Quality is the first steps, all the ingredients that we will use are organic, and some come from Italy, the someone that I use at home, like my own family production extra virgin olive oil!
Extra virgin olive oil is at the base, and we feel very lucky to have our own.
You will learn the simple way to make focaccia and pici (typically fresh pasta from Siena) only with your hand, a bowl and a wood board so you can easily repeat it at home.
Welcoming coffee and Chianti wine during the tasting are included.
