Just a few hours outside of Athens in the fresh air at the Gulf of Corinth is beautiful Galaxidi, a perfectly preserved 18th Century shipbuilding town that is filled with delicious experiences.

Start with a course in beekeeping before a photo tour of the town that supports a local youth educational initiative. This region is an amazing place for fruit and veg production which you will now experience with a feast of tastings of jams, chutneys, and preserves along with local cheese and meat. Close by the town of Amfissa is famous in Greece for its high-quality olives and what better way to learn about this than a presentation and tasting with a local producer who will introduce you to a wide range of her products.

This is all crowned with a cooking class led by a local, award-winning cook; with time for your meal and to explore the town where you can check out the cafes and bars that line the harbour before returning to central Athens with your transfer.

• 7:00 am: Transfer from central Athens to Galaxidi

• 2:10 pm: Pastry and pie making class with local award-winning cook
• 3:30 pm: Meal and feast of local produce tasting
• 5:00 pm: Free time to explore the town
• 6:00 pm: Return to Athens with private transfer
