You’ll learn step-by-step how to make a satisfying full Italian meal including the art of making pasta fresco such as ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi in a funny, hands-on way.
Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Italian experience. Our kitchen staff will share with you their techniques and traditional recipes handed down through generations.

Our Tenuta is in the Venice's countryside and, in case you do not have a transport, we can provide a taxi for you at Piazzale Roma in Venice.
The price of this service is of about € 90 one way or of € 200 round trip.
Otherwise, you may get a train from Venice Santa Lucia’s train station to Rovigo (the nearest city to us).
The price of a single ticket is of € 7,10 per person and there is a train every hour.
At your arrival in Rovigo our taxi driver will come to pick you up till our Tenuta.
IMPORTANT: the price of the taxi in not included in the class and it is of 20 € one way.
