If you just want to take notes or you are eager to give our chef a hand and you are ready to learn the secrets from the pros, this class is definitely for you! You can learn proper cooking techniques, culture & history of ingredients, as well as, Mexican culinary traditions. Learn in our all stainless steel professional kitchen and bring the flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine to your home, while you have a lot of fun at the same time.

Programme

• 9:30 am: We'll go for traditional Mexican breakfast
• 10:30 am: We'll head to the market and visit a tortilla factory.
• 11:30 am: We'll come back to start cooking in El Arrayán
• 2:00 pm: Enjoy what you've cooked with a glass of Mexican red or white wine
