Mimo was born in San Sebastián, the city of culinary stars, and this Michelin Star Secrets class is one of our most demanded. So much so, that we have brought it to the Mimo Algarve Cooking School, adapted to the traditions and the local ingredients of Portugal. Join us in learning the latest techniques and secrets of what is happening NOW in the award-winning kitchens of Europe. It’s time to play with your food— from spherification to foams to modern platings, you will be surprised by how easy it is to replicate haute cuisine at home. Take local knowledge from the stars to use at your next dinner party and wow your friends with a taste of haute cuisine. This class includes:

• gourmet lunch with wines

Each Michelin Star Secrets class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.

Menu

Please be informed that our chefs adapt the menu for each class according to the market offer and the dietary requirements of the participants. This is only a sample menu:

• IBERIAN PIG with pickles and sweet potatoes
• MARINATED MACKEREL with Bloody Mary bubbles
• SEA BASS with consommé and white clams
• STRAWBERRIES, HIBISCUS and rum
