This traveling and migrating people left many delicious gifts in their wake, from rice to almonds. Join us in this cooking class where we will pay homage to the old Moorish kingdom of Al-Ándalus, the birthplace of Andalucía and the true cultural and culinary origin.
Learn how to use the seductive spices and heady aromas that permeate the Moorish cuisine. This ancient culture lays claim to some of the area’s most famous (and fragrant) dishes. Each Mimo cooking class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.
