Learn how to make all the greatest hits of one of Europe’s greatest foodie countries, Spain. Don’t worry, you will glean the tips & tricks to the perfect paella, but our chefs will also guide you through lesser-known yet equally iconic dishes, like Galician octopus, Spanish omelette, refreshing gazpacho and warming stews. Capture the bright, dramatic flavors of Spanish cuisine and take the techniques home with you. This class includes:

• Bilingual instruction with the local chefs
• Aperitif & digestif
• Hands-on preparation of avant-garde dishes
• Plating techniques
• Recipes
• Gourmet lunch with wines
• Souvenir

Each Spanish Cooking class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to safety reasons.

Please be informed that our chefs adapt the menu for each class according to the market offer and the dietary requirements of the participants. This is only a sample menu.

• Pulpo a la Gallega: Stewed octopus with paprika (Galicia)
• Alcachofa con Jamón: Artichokes with ham (Navarra)
• Paella de Caracoles y Conejo: Snail & rabbit paella (Valencia)
• Torrija con Helado de Baileys: French toast with Baileys ice cream (Basque country)
