Learn to make sushi from knowing how to purchase the good fish!
The sushi workshop starts with buying fish and ingredient in Sapporo Fish Market. You will learn how to procure the fresh and quality seafood during the market tour. To see a traditional technique of fish processing at a fishmonger, wandering around the lively atmosphere of the historical food market.
Then we head to the lab and meet sushi master for sushi making class. How to process and fillet the fish, to make the sushi, the platting and to present the best taste of the ingredient. There a private sushi master and expert sushi mafia guide await you and show you how to prepare fish and fillet. If you are interested in, you can join in the art of work. Afterward make sushi together taught by the chef, and eat it as lunch.
