Our modern tapas tasting tour takes you out Seville’s old town and into the new world of the hottest local bars. Young chefs, enamored of the city’s product but hungry for new technique and new flavors, craft exciting dishes like sous vide egg with mushroom cake and stewed lamb in steam buns.
