Today, our customer will find it convenient to take part in our culinary activity. We open daily and we have two schedules per day: Morning & Afternoon. Foodies will get hands on, guide, and simplified experiences by our professional chef Mr Pham Dinh Chuong. After the class, we will receive complimentary beverages and also a cooking certificate and one gift. Additionally, we have vegan and vegetarian option. *Note: Please send us a comment for your selected menu , the chef will decide one dish from all participates of the class how is the menu of the special class completely 4 dishes including the main dish. Vegan/ Vegetarian Option is Available.

Afternoon Menu

• Special hotpot / noodle decided by our Chef (Seafood/ Chicken/ Pork Stomach)

• Grilled minced pork or seafood rolling with lemon grass (nem nuong)
• sweet and sour soup Mekong delta style
• caramelized pork or fish

Programme

Afternoon Session

• 4:00 pm: arrive at Troc's Kitchen
• 4:15 pm: introduction with complimentary coffee or tea (the learners will get the chance to share with our chef how to make the original Vietnamese drop coffee
• 4:45 pm: Start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu. Complimentary drinks are available
• 8:30 pm: time to enjoy fruit plate and receive certificate and souvenirs, End of the cooking class
