Each hands-on class consists of delightful recipes, prepared in a fully-equipped workspace. Get expert tuition from a patient and experienced English-speaking instructors, and meet new like-minded foodie friends.

• 14 October: Vegan green curry- Vegan green curry
• 20 October: Soft-shell crab with tamarind sauce- Bland pork with peanut sauce and Chinese spinach
• 27 October: Baked rice with pineapple- Fried snapper fish
• 3 November: Fried rice noodle with crab- Beef Curry Seasoned with Fermented Shrimp Paste Chilli Sauce
• 10 November: Steamed seafood curry in coconut- Crab Chilli Paste
• 17 November: Yellow curry with shrimp- Yellow curry with shrimp
• 24 November: Spicy Shrimp Paste Fried Rice served with Sweetened Pork & Condiment and deep fried fish- Curry salad with fresh vegetable
• 1 December: Thai rice noodle with peanut sauce- Grilled pork salad with grape
• 8 December: Vietnamese Pancake- Thai Rice Noodle with coconut milk
• 15 December: Herbed Dip of crab in Coconut Milk- Royal crispy rice noodle
• 22 December: Thai dessert
