This is not your regular run-of-the-mill cooking class, but in essence, a Vietnamese culture and culinary experience. We aim to inspire and excite one’s palate to the vast array of delicate and aromatic flavours that make up Vietnamese cuisine.

In addition to learning the fundamentals of food preparation and presentation, guests can expect to experience a glimpse of Vietnamese history and culture through each individual dish that they create.

Menu 1:

Nuoc cham dressing
Pumpkin flower stuffed with prawn and dill
Chicken & cabbage salad with jellyfish
Marinated sea bass served with green mango salad
Coconut cream caramel fresh fruit

Menu 2:

Nuoc cham dressing
Fresh rice noodle filled with sautéed beef
Green mango salad with cinnamon prawns & lychees
Crusted tuna with crab claw herb & nuoc mam cham
Mango panna cotta with seasonal fruit

Menu 3:

Nuoc cham dressing
Rice paper roll with fishcake
Warm Beef and Watercress Salad
Herbal jelly with coconut cream , and seasonal fruits
Traditional Coffee Demo
Lemongrass Chili Chicken

"Outstanding Introduction to Vietnamese Food"

I had a wonderful time taking part in this thoroughly professional cooking class. The kitchen was set up like Master Chef and we cooked along with the chef, assisted by his assistants who ensured we weren't going wrong. He introduced us to the nuances of Vietnamese Fish Sauce, we prepared a dipping sauce then cooked 3 very different dishes. It ended with a demonstration on how to prepare the traditional Vietnamese coffee which we enjoyed along with a prepared desert. We came away with recipe cards for the things we had made and eaten with relish and, in my case, confidence I could replicate the dishes at home.

SUCH A GREAT WAY TO LEARN ABOUT VIETNAMESE FOOD I CAN COOK AT HOME

"Easy, fun and intimate"

This is my first time doing any sort of cooking class and I would have to say that it was absolutely so fun and yummy at the same time. The recipes are not too difficult, all the utensils and ingredients are measured out and placed out for you to use during the lesson. The studio is bright and clean and in a master chef type layout. The instructor is easy to talk to and very thorough with his techniques (like holding the knife, plating) and instructions. We were lucky to have a small class of 3 in the morning and it felt very intimate and cosy. I would definitely come back to do another one if I have time with my group of friends.

"Precious experience"

The chef is patient in teaching us every cooking steps. We can learn his enthusiastic cooking career from his words. And also the staff are so kind to help us clean the desk and give us some advices. If we have another opportunity to take a trip in Ho Chi Minh, we won’t hesitate to book this course again!
