In this class, we make 'small bites' such stuffed jalapeños, salsas, sopes y huaraches (working with a shaping corn 'masa' for tortilla types), secrets to great refried beans and tasting cheeses. Class includes ingredients and recipes. We will work in my workshop kitchen inside San Miguel's next organic food markets. Includes digital recipe pack.
