Cooking Class: Cook Caribbean Classics with a Professional Chef

このクラスについて

For about 3 hours you'll be guided into the gastronomy of the Caribbean kitchen. We'll make sure most ingredients are prepared so you can focus on learning kitchen techniques & methods. We want you to have a fun, informal evening where you can relax with a glass of wine and actively learn something of the Colombian cuisine & food. Afterwards, you'll get to eat what you made as well.

• Main course: Cartagenera roast, coconut rice, patacón, tropical salad with passion fruit vinaigrette and Temptation Bananas
