Veggie Sushi Cooking Class

このクラスについて

I will teach you how to make Veggie Sushi in this class, not only for those who is vegetarian, but also for the people who don't eat fish.

*All kinds of veggie sushi in the class don't contain any animal product including fish stock.

In my session of Kawaii Cooking, you can learn about how to cook some different types of Sushi with seasonal vegetables. The class starts with how to make Sushi favor rice, prepare fresh ingredients and how to roll sushi with Japanese kitchen tools. When your sushi creation is complete, we’ll take photos so you can show it to your friends and family, and then enjoy the lunch.

I hope this experience will become the highlight of your trip in Tokyo.

I am a certified instructor and specializing in Japanese cooking classes for international visitors. I have experienced to teach them various Japanese dishes in Japan and foreign countries. My motto is making people happy through cooking and eating delicious food. And I only teach you the dishes which I am confident.

In my session of Kawaii Cooking, you can learn how to cook Pressed Sushi with seasonal vegetables and Vegan Misoshiru.

-Oshi Sushi : pressed by an exclusive wooden mold.

After you create your Oshi Sushi let's decorate your own plate!

- Vegan Misoshiru : I'll teach you how to make savory misoshiru with plant based products.

You can join the lesson with your partner or your family.

THE DISHES DOESN'T CONTAIN ANY ANIMAL PRODUCTS NEITHER FISH STOCK.

When your creation is complete you can eat it for lunch or dinner.
