I'm Ceci, a passionate home cook from the Guangdong region. Would you like to make sweet Chinese dessert dumplings (tang yuan) from scratch, and mold them into cute animals or shapes?
During the class, I'll show you how to use glutinous rice powder to craft the cute dumplings, as well as make delicious chocolate and sesame fillings.
I'm excited to share my family's traditional Guangdong recipes and cooking techniques with you. My mother taught me how to cook, choose fresh ingredients and how to make dishes that are delicious and nutritious.
All travelers are welcome, whether you're an adult, family with kids, solo or with a group.

Our 2-hour cooking class experiences are from 1pm to 3pm.
