Rome is not just about the Colosseum, museums, and churches. We also have traditions and customs that we want to share with you! We will meet at our wonderful house situated at the top of Gianicolo Hill, a historic and central place. During our cooking class of traditional Italian food, we will explain the story of our culinary methods and customs, passed down from generation to generation.

We will start by preparing the Tiramisù. Then, we will create pasta from scratch using eggs. Finally, we will prepare two different types of sauces. You will have the opportunity to join a true Italian Polentata, enjoying all the food that we prepared together while drinking complementary wine.

Later, you can enjoy one of the most impressive views of the Eternal City just a short distance from our doorstep. We delight in welcoming you to our home to dine as an authentic Roman with homemade food, entertainment, laughs, and new friends!

"Good experience!"

Making pasta with and without eggs, preparing sauces and tiramisu, then tasting with drinks. Very good teachers: help and advice, transmission of recipes, welcoming and friendly.

"Best Class - It is like cooking with family."

This cooking class is not your normal pasta making class. It is not held in a restaurant but in someone's home and ran like you are their friends or family. There were about 15 of us and not crowded at all. They were so funny and entertaining. You will be laughing the whole time. Full involvement in cooking the dishes and they were extremely flexible should you not want to eat pork and even had a chocolate version for tiramisu. Plenty of wine too!! My son was sick and was unable to attend at the last minute but they made up a take-home pack for us so he could still taste the dishes. So kind! Worth every penny so book this one as there are lots on offer but this class is just different and entertaining. Our teenage daughter said it was nearly the highlight of her whole entire Italian trip.

They are amazing, genuine, kind-hearted, and outgoing Romans. They teach you to make the best pasta. I was smiling and laughing the entire time. I look forward to seeing them again next time I’m in Rome!
