We made the simplest and tastiest recipe that you can easily remake at home! We will also make the broth and the char-siu pork from scratch. Gyoza (dumplings) consist of a minced pork and vegetable filling, wrapped in thin dough, and pan-fried.
Learn how to prepare the food that Japanese people really eat as an everyday meal in a private little kitchen in the middle of Tokyo. We'll prepare homemade ramen, gyoza, and a side dish depending on the season. You will learn the basics of Japanese food culture, seasonings, and table customs in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our kitchen may be small but we will welcome you with great hospitality.
