Before the class, you'll be taken on an educational trip to the local market. Tours through local markets are always a journey through the culture and history of a place. There, you'll handpick the needed ingredients for your dishes. The diversity of the market very great, meaning the class can easily be tailored to personal needs and preferences. Including, vegetarian and/or vegan preparation of dishes.
At the Herbs & Stones facility, Chef Ngurah and his team will guide you through the proper preparation of a selection of Balinese and Indonesian dishes, such as Nasi Goreng, Sate Lilit, Pisang Goreng and more. Because the class is in such a private setting, you'll get maximum personal attention and guidance. You'll be amazed by the dishes you have created when you get to enjoy them at the end of the class.
