Join one of our cooking classes for a day of culinary fun in the picturesque Roman countryside, surrounded by olive trees.  Round-trip transportation from the meeting point in Rome is included in the price, ensuring a hassle-free experience!

There’s no better way to explore a culture than through its local cuisine—especially in Italy. This hands-on cooking class offers just that, set in the stunning backdrop of our kitchen overlooking a vineyard.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome featuring Prosecco and nibbles before we dive into the art of Italian cooking. You'll roll up your sleeves and learn how to craft irresistible homemade focaccia, fresh basil pesto from our garden, and the classic Italian dessert—tiramisù. You’ll also enjoy a selection of seasonal starters sourced from local farmers.

The class concludes with a delightful meal where you'll savor your creations, paired with carefully selected local wines and plenty of laughter. Cooking is not just a skill—it’s a joy and a way to connect with people from all over the world.

• 5:30 PM: Arrival at the kitchen & welcome italiano aperitivo with Prosecco and nibbles 
• 06:00 PM: Let's start making the focaccia dough 
• 6:30 PM: While the dough rests we'll prepare a delicious tiramisù
• 7:00 PM: Now is time to make the fresh pesto 
• 7:30 PM: Time to season and cook our Focaccia 
• 8:00 PM: Let's finally seat down outside, relax and enjoy the fruit of our labour together with some local wine and laughs! 
• 8:30 PM: Time to say goodbye
