Join our Sicilian family on an off-grid riverside farm for an unforgettable culinary journey rooted in tradition and sustainability.

Begin by harvesting fresh vegetables from our organic garden, then sip unlimited wine from our cozy cellar as you learn the art of food preservation. Step into the kitchen with Carlo & Jessie to craft ravioli from freshly milled wheat flour, using time-honored techniques.

Raise a glass to life as we celebrate Sicily’s rich wine traditions, then gather for a communal feast featuring cheese, olive oil, and wine tastings from award-winning local farmers. Dine under ancient trees by the river (weather permitting), and, if you wish, take a refreshing swim in the pristine waters on our land.

Throughout the experience, gain insight into 17 years of off-grid living, where we produce our own food and energy. We embrace all dietary preferences and warmly welcome families, couples, and friends to share in this special experience.

11:30 AM – Cooking Together

• Cook the freshly made ravioli and tomato passata sauce.
• Grill vegetables, prepare frittatas, and bake ricotta.
• Sip unlimited wine while sharing stories and culinary traditions.

12:30 PM – Communal Feast

• Gather around the table for a Sicilian-style feast with farm-fresh food.
• Enjoy cheese, olive oil, and wine tastings from local award-winning farmers.

1:30 PM – River Time & Relaxation

• Walk to the riverside for coffee, cordials, and dessert.
• Weather permitting, swim or dive into the natural spring-fed river.
• Relax under the shade of ancient trees.

2:30 PM – Farm & Cultural Exploration

• Learn about our off-grid lifestyle—how we produce our own energy and food.
• Visit the ancient water mill and explore the farm’s archaeological site.
• Hear stories of Sicilian traditions, wheat grinding, and wine-making.

3:30 PM – Farewell & Final Toast
