In this special class, we’ll double the flavor and the fun as we guide you through the preparation of not one, but two types of fresh pasta—a classic long pasta (like tagliatelle or pappardelle) and a rich, filled ravioli, bursting with traditional Tuscan fillings. We’ll also create one of Italy’s most beloved desserts: a creamy, indulgent tiramisu, layered with coffee-soaked biscuits and smooth mascarpone cream.
