Eating and drinking have always been our daily pleasures. Vietnam Cookery Centre desires to bring you that pleasure through delicious dishes that you will learn how to make. Master Vietnamese traditional dishes and improve your cooking skills in this 3 hour cooking class.

• Caramel Fish in Clay Pot (Ca Kho To)
• Steamed Rice with Lemongrass(Com Hap Sa)
• Dessert: Banana Coconut Cream Pops (Kem Chuoi)

Tuesday:

• Green Papaya Salad With Prawn (Goi Du Du Tom)
• Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Cha Gio)
• BBQ Pork Tenderloin (Thit Heo Nuong)
• Served With Noodles+Herbs&Dish Sauce Dip as (Bun Thit Nuong)
• Dessert: Grilled Banana With Coconut Milk(Chuoi Nuong Cot Dua)

Wednesday:

• Green Spring Rolls & Dipping Sauce (Cuon Diep)
• Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Bo)
• Chicken Breast with Spicy Sauce and Sweet Basil (Ga Sot Cay Voi Hung Que)
• Steamed Rice with Ginger (Com Hap Gung)
• Dessert: Tapioca Pudding With Coconut Milk (Che Banh Lot)

Thursday:

• Banana Flower Salad with Pork and Shrimps (Goi Hoa Chuoi Tom Thit)
• Vietnamese Pancake with Mung Bean, Pork and Seafood Stuffing & Fish Sauce Dip (Banh Xeo)
• Sautéed Chicken with Lemongrass and Chili (Ga Kho Sa Ot)
• Steamed Rice with Pandan Leaves (Com Hap La Dua)
• Dessert: Mung Bean Pudding (Che Dau Xanh)

Friday:

• Dragon Egg Fried Rice Cake (Banh Khot)
• Caramelized Pork in The Clay Pot  (Thit Kho To)
• Sweet & Sour Clams Soup With Dills (Canh Ngheu Thi La)
• Steamed Rice In The Coconut (Com Hap Trai Dua)
• Dessert: Water Chestnut Pudding With Tapioca (Che Cu Nang)

Saturday & Sunday:

• Lotus Stem Salad with Pork and Shrimps (Goi Ngo Sen Tom Thit)
• Grilled Pork Chop (Suon Cot Let Nuong)
• Steamed Egg Pie (Cha Chung)
• Broken Rice (Com Tam)
• Dessert: Coconut Jelly (Rau Cau Dua)

• 9:45   am: Welcome tea
• 10:00 am: Cooking class
• 12:00 pm: Lunch
• 12:30 pm: End of course

Afternoon class (Minimum 2 persons)

• 3:00 pm: Meeting at Vietnam Cookery Center
• 3:15 pm: Welcome tea
• 3:30 pm: Cooking class
• 5:30 pm: Lunch
• 6:00 pm: End of course
