Make your own dumplings or noodles from scratch is so much fun! You will knead the dough and prepare the filling all by yourself. 

Soup Dumplings

How to fill and pleat the Chinese dumplings, it's a little bit difficult at the first time. Then with more practice at the class, you will feel the great sense of achievement! Xiaolongbao is a local dim sum in Shanghai. They are also called a "soup dumpling" because they are filled with hot soup and must be eaten carefully. this is the dim sum you must learn if you travel to Shanghai.

We will make three kinds of soup dumplings with different fillings. The first one will be the traditional soup dumpling, white soup dumpling with pork; the second one will be orange soup dumpling with chicken; the third one will be green dumpling with luffa and shrimp.

Hand-pulled noodles and shaved noodle

Make it from the scratch, home-made noodle has the special springy texture that you will nerve forget. This is your must to try authentic Chinese noodle experience.

"La mian" means hand-pulled noodles. These noodles originated from the northwestern part of China. Over the centuries, the art of handmade noodles has reached the vast corners of China and has consequently become a part of many regional Chinese cuisines. As a result, different types of handmade noodles have evolved adapting to regional flavours and ingredients.

Hand shaved noodles are legendary in China, a specialty of the Shanxi province. They are known as knife-shaved, knife-cut, pared noodles, or even peel noodles. In Chinese, they’re刀削面 (Dao xiao mian) The method of making them is an art form that takes a lot of practice.
