In this class, you'll experience the real ramen cooking and gyoza dumplings making with the locals. You can see how to cook homemade ramen and you'll get lots of authentic tips from them.
The lesson includes making Dashi (soup stock), Nitamago (ramen style boiled egg), Chashu (boiled pork), and Gyoza dumpling. It's very fun and warm class.
