Immerse yourself in Mexico's extraordinary food culture and learn to cook Mexican seafood authentic dishes that you can replicate back home. Enjoy a hands-on cooking class and meal.

All our recipes are meant for you to replicate in your daily menus back home.

We will conduct our cooking class in an intimate Mexican cooking studio in the eclectic Roma Norte neighborhood. Walking distance to Mercado de Medellín and Mercado Roma.

• Trout with two sauces (green and red sauce)

• 10:00 am: Start your experience with a mezcal tasting and "agua fresca" while learning about the history of Mexican cuisine
• 10:30 am: Listen to detailed explanations of recipes and ingredients from the Chef, then head to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience
• 11:00 am: Prepare Fish Ceviche, Shrimp Pozole and Trout with two sauces
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy the lunch you have prepared with a pairing of margarita, crafted Mexican beer or wine
