Chinese cuisine enjoys the reputation for its color, scent, taste, and design, as well as its variety. Due to the vast territory, many different cuisines unique to certain areas are formed, among which that of Lu, Chuan, Huaiyang, and Yue are called the “Grand Four Categories of Chinese Cuisine”. We welcome everyone to join XMandarin in a Chinese Cooking class, and to create your favorite dish from scratch!

Learning Chinese Language and Culture (4 hours)

• Learn the most important vocabulary in Chinese to make your stay in China more comfortable. Names of the famous dishes, ingredients and useful phrase. So you can order at one of the outstanding restaurants in the city.
• We will also teach you how you can master the technique of using Chopsticks properly.
    

Chinese Cooking Class (2 hours)

• Introduction of the knife and Chinese Wok
• Prepare the ingredient
• Cooking session
• Enjoy the tasty food together!
