The instructor shared great tips on achieving the ideal texture and flavor balance. It was a great hands-on experience, and I left feeling more confident in my baking skills. I was a little worried about my first baking class + atelier in my first foreign language, but I was able to listen to the language in French or English, and they explained it easily and I was able to participate easily and have fun!! Ms. Emmanuel was kind and comfortable:) There are up to two people, so I recommend it as a special experience with friends or family. I said I was planning to open other baking classes such as tarts, but I'd like to participate again when I have a chance. (Madeleine was so good as soon as I finished class🥹👍🏼)
