An authentic Farmer's to Table Cooking Class!

The food market we visit is the favorite one of the families of Puerto Vallarta; we will also visit a Tortilla factory and you will see how the corn is processed to amazing Tacos.

During the visit to the market, Chef Enrique will explain about the ingredients, about the foods you see and about the life of the people.

All the dishes are cooked from scratch during the class, which will take place in the house of your Master Chef, we have no pre-cooked meals, which allows us to have a very flexible menu.

We pay special attention to hygiene and we observe high cleanliness standards. We purify all vegetables, water and ice. Vegetarians, Vegans, Gluten and Dairy Free are more than welcome.

Monday

• Taco Feast:  Al Pastor Pork tacos, Beef Barbacoa, Chicken and Vegan Tacos, Jalapeños in Escabeche, Tortillas, Salsas and Guacamole.

Tuesday 

• Chocolate Mole Sauce Enchiladas, Tamales, Poblano cream soup, Tamales, Tortillas, Salsas, Guacamole,  all from scratch (grandma´ s recipes).

Wednesday

• Catch of the Day: 3 different kinds of Ceviches, Shrimp in Chipotle sauce, Octopus or Fish Bbq, Tortillas, Salsas and Guacamole.

Thursday

• Albondigas (Mexican style meat balls), Chiles Rellenos, Tortillas, Salsas and Guacamole

Friday

        Green Mole from Oaxaca (base of    pumpkin seed and tomatillo sauce), Pozole, Carnitas, Tamales, Tortillas, Salsas and Guacamole.

Daily

Every day the menu will be of 3 or 4 courses depending on the complexity of the recipes.

• 09:45 am: Meet at Starbucks coffee inside of Galerias Vallarta (Liverpool shopping mall)
• 10:00 am: Leaving to the local Markets
• 10:20 am: Shopping for produce at the markets and visiting the Tortillas Factory
• 11:30 am: Arrive to Chef's home for cooking session.
• 11:45 - 2:45 pm: Cooking and tasting
• 3:00 pm: End of cooking class and transfer back to the morning meeting point.
