A step-by-step class to learn how to make a fresh pasta dough, roll and cut long pasta such as tagliatelle and how to stuff ravioli. To complement your new skills you will also learn how to recreate a selection of classic Italian pasta sauces such as Fresh Genovese Pesto, Classic Tomato sauce or Traditional Ragu meat sauce. After a busy morning of hands-on cooking you’ll then sit down and enjoy your dishes.
