In this cooking class, learn what makes British food British. Our chefs will pay homage to centuries-old dishes while bringing them up-to-date with modern techniques— think swapping out pie and mash for pork belly and seasonal sunchoke puree. In this class, you will learn to make dishes worthy of any London gastropub.
