- 10:00 am - Arrive at school for a nice and warm Italian coffee
- 12:30 pm - Sparkling aperitivo in our garden
- 12:45 pm - Seated and served lunch with 2 fine wines selected by wine expert Filippo Bartolotta

Evening Class:
- 5:30 pm - Meeting at the school for a nice warm Italian coffee
- 8:00 pm - Sparkling aperitivo in our garden

"So fun! We loved it."
We did this class with our two teenage boys. It was a great “hands on” class. We learned a lot and the food was delicious. Highly recommend Mama Florence!

"Amazing class and experience!"
We had the small group pasta cooking class in Florence. Our instructor was Elena, she was fun, easy to follow, so lively and made the class very interesting for all participants! Highly recommended!

"Fabulous"
My 16 year old daughter and I took the class and absolutely LOVED it. Michele, our chef was wonderful and offered helpful cooking tips. The food we prepared was delicious and we had a great time with the other participants. We would highly recommend this class to anyone who loves Italian cuisine.

"Culture and Passion"
Our visit to Italy was really incredible! We had a cooking class together with my kids, Amy and Jonas. It was my first time to see them enthusiastically eager to learn cooking. They loved pizza and ice cream a lot so it was really perfect for us. We made our pizza and gelato out from scratch. We started off by making the dough and imagine the fun! We were kneading and rolling the dough as if we were truly a chef! And oh! The chef was very lively and fun! The instructions were easy and so child-friendly. The pizza and gelato we made was unbelievably delicious, I couldn’t believe we made it especially the kids. My kids can’t stop talking about it even at school. Would totally recommend it!
