I am a professional pastry chef and I am also a very good cook since I was very young: I am Neapolitan and cooking there is very important, it is the heart of my city. It is something you have inside and it comes natural either for the passion and the culture.

This is a really fun class, we will bake biscuits and cookies. 

In Italy, we have biscuits for every occasion and we would like to share our recipe with you in order to share all this with your family once at home. Each of you will have hands-on to learn well to prepare cantucci made with almonds, tarallini made with wine. 

A bag of these wonderful biscotti is the right souvenir to take home to family and friends after your trip to Rome.
