They took us to the market to identify the ingredients that would be used. It was very organized. Taking photos was appreciated. Also having a recipe booklet is great to reference at home.

It was my first Thai cooking class. We were with total of three people and went to the local market to see where they buy their food for cooking. After that we went back to make three different meals. They explained everything step by step and after one meal cooking we tried our own cooked meal. The food was very good, my fave was the chicken with cashew. Also the service was good, the people were nice, overall a very good experience. 😁
