Mai Home - The Saigon Culinary Art Center

We learned a lot from Chef Yung. We made 4 yummy dishes by following along with her. She was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. It was fun and delicious. We made shrimp and pork dumplings, grilled chicken, shrimp and pork pancake and beef noodle soup also did vegetable carving and learned presentation. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it. There was only 2 of us so it was like a private class.

I immensely enjoyed my Vietnamese cooking class! Chef Mai and the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. We got hands-on experience making delicious dishes like sizzling pancakes and pho ga. It wasn't just about cooking; we learned the stories behind the ingredients and their cultural significance. Plus, we got a recipe booklet to recreate these tasty dishes at home. I highly recommend it for foodies and anyone looking for a fun culinary adventure! Kudos to the awesome team for a fantastic day.

Very well spoken English from local chef, met in market first for lesson on fresh produce, cooking school is well set up, very hands on, complete with recipes, would def do it again and highly recommended!!

I love cooking! This class was informative and fun! We are actually recreating what we learned in our own kitchen. I recommend Mai Home cooking classes!
