The capitals of Málaga, Granada, and Cordoba, sit between the mountains and the Mediterranean coast. This privileged location means they work with top raw materials, from the Loja lambs and luscious sheep’s cheeses to the sardines of the coast. These very different climates and topographies will make for a fascinating class with dishes as varied as salmorejo, the delicious yet humble chilled soup, and smoked sardine with eggplant.

Each Andalusian Cooking Class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to safety reasons.

Please be informed that our chefs adapt the menu for each class according to the market offer and the dietary requirements of the participants. This is only a sample menu.

• Aceitunes Aliñadas: marinated olives
• Salmorejo: chilled tomato-bread soup
• Sardinas Ahumadas y Berenjenas Asadas: smoked sardines with eggplant
• Cordero de Loja Asado con Verduritas: local roasted lamb with vegetables
• Polvorón con Helado de Almendra Cruda: almond cookie with raw almond ice cream
