Once you have mastered the classics, sipped salmorejo and gorged on spinach and garbanzos, graduate to the avant-garde food scene in this cooking class. If you love the top-notch tapas at places like Eslava and Azotea, this class is for you.

Let us guide you on a cooking journey through recipes that use premium products to craft delectable small bites. From the almadraba tuna to the famous (and rightfully so) Spanish ham, the products we will use to cook in this class are truly top shelf. Learn how to replicate these sophisticated snacks at home in this fun, hands-on cooking class. The class includes:

Each Tapas Cooking Class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.

Please be informed that our chefs adapt the menu for each class according to the market offer and the dietary requirements of the participants. This is only a sample menu.

• Embutidos, Atún & Ibérico: charcuterie, tuna, and spanish ham
• Chicharrones de Atún de Almadraba con Tomate: fried almadraba tuna belly with tomato
• Presa Ibérica Atemperada, Crema de Patata, Jamón y Trufa: iberian pork with potato, ham and truffle
• Macedonia de Frutas Amarillas con Caldo de Cítricos y Sorbete de Hierbabuena: yellow fruits with citrus broth and mint sorbet
