Chef Ghi who has 6 years experiences to be cooking instructor always give you more knowledge with fun. Always cooking with smiles and fun along that you are in the class.

Morning Session
- 8:15 am: Meet at Hualumpong subway station Exit 1
- 8:30 am: Walking at the fresh market
- 8:55 am: return to school
- 9:00 am: Preparing/ Cooking session begins
- 12:30 pm: End of Class
Afternoon Session (The Market is close during this time, but you will still learn every dishes)
- 1:30 pm: Meet at Hualumpong subway station Exit 1
- 2:00 pm: Preparing/ Cooking session begins
