Learn how to make sushi from sushi master!

The sushi workshop takes place in a sushi lab. You will meet your private sushi master and enjoy welcome sushi. During sushi making class, the master will show you how to process and fillet the fish, to make the sushi, the platting and to present the best taste of the ingredient. 

Sushi pairing with local liquor takes the flavor of Japan to another level. Introduction of Japanese local craft beer, Gin, Whiskey, Wine and Sake.

Please note: We shall not be held any responsibility for the violation of the regulations regarding to alcohol drinking in Japan by the participant.

* Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 is prohibited by law in Japan.

Cronograma

Evening Class 1

• 5:00 pm: Meet up at Sushi Mafia Lab Nakameguro
• 5:20 pm: Sushi Making with sushi master
• 6:30 pm: Enjoy the supreme sushi meal with beverage
• 7:00 pm: End of the class

Evening Class 2

• 7:30 pm: Meet up at Sushi Mafia Lab Nakameguro
• 7:20 pm: Sushi Making with sushi master
• 8:30 pm: Enjoy the supreme sushi meal with beverage
• 9:30 pm: End of the class
