About your host Hector Leyva: Bienvenidos! My passion for cooking has lead me to this point in my life where I can share what I’ve learned through this 18 years’ experience around the world in the food industry. I’ve had the opportunity to discover the different flavors and colors of different cultures dedicating my life to the culinary arts. These classes have been created with the aim of making you experience the local cuisine in a completely new level.
We will begin the experience with a tour at “Mercado del mar” where the chef will explain about the different kinds of local fish. Based on your likes and dislikes you will be able to pick your own catch! Then, we will take you back to the restaurant where you will be cooking side to side with a professional chef, learning different techniques and improving your cooking skills
Join us at the restaurant Hector's Kitchen and make a trip to the local seafood market to get the main ingredients! Then we will come back to the restaurant to cook our local fresh product and finally we will enjoy our delicious lunch and the local artisan beer tasting.
