The Algarve is known for its beautiful beaches, but its cuisine is full of undiscovered treasures. Cut through the touristy noise and take this class at Mimo, which will bring you to the heart of what makes the Algarvian cuisine so special. In this small zone, we find the freshest seafood, lovely and delicious humble dishes, and farm-fresh produce.

We will prepare dishes with humble origins, and some of them we will learn how to give a modern spin. While you sip on some Portuguese wine, our chef instructor will explain the history behind the dishes as well. If you want to take away a primer on the cuisine of the local culture, this is the class for you. The class includes:
