Hi!I’m Shirley. I was born in the states and raised in Japan. I was graduated from a culinary school in Japan and a cook license holder, Food hygiene manager, Fermented food researcher, Sake navigator, Cheese navigator. My kitchen is newly opened in a residential area in Tokyo. Fortunately, this place is surrounded by cherry blossom trees and it is beautiful in the spring time.
We are going to use a bunch of green onion to make our Okonomiyaki(Japanese savory pancake) lite and healthy. Wagyu is known as fatty and juicy beef in Japan and we can taste a tiny piece in this class. You can choose Miso soup or Clear soup
After the class on the way back to Chitosefunabashi station, we are going to stop by a shrine, a small shopping street, supermarket for free.
