In this class, everything is handmade—noodles, soup, chashu pork, and gyoza.

• Noodles: Crafted from a simple mixture of flour, salt, and water, the dough is kneaded, stretched, and cut by hand—no machines involved.
• Soup: Made in a traditional pork bone style, using authentic Japanese seasonings. You'll learn all about the seasonings so you can recreate the flavors at home.
• Chashu Pork: Expertly seasoned and prepared to complement the soup.

You'll also receive a recipe to take home.

• Tonkotsu style ramen (pork broth style soup , noodle, roasted pork fillet and some toppings)
• Gyoza( Wrap ground pork and vegetable mixture in dumpling skin. Bake in a flying pan)

Cronograma

• 11:00 AM: Meet your instructor.
• 11:10 AM: Start of the cooking session. 
• 12:30 PM: Enjoy the dish you created. 
• 1:30 PM: End of experience.

Children are welcome!

We will prepare content specifically designed for children to ensure they have an enjoyable experience. Additionally, we provide traditional Japanese toys for children to explore and interact with. We warmly invite you to join us!
