Set in a charming, villa just a short 10-minute drive from Milazzo, this experience will transport you to the authentic flavours and traditions of Sicily.

Your journey begins with a warm and inviting Welcome sprits and a delightful Sicilian aperitivo with Panelle & Crocchette, setting the stage for a fun and relaxed afternoon. As you sip your drink, you’ll have a chance to mingle with fellow participants and get ready for a culinary adventure.

Once you’re settled in, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and head to the pizza station. Equipped with fresh, local ingredients, you’ll learn how to create your own delicious Sicilian pizza from scratch. Under the guidance of our Pizza Chef, you’ll discover the secrets to making pizza dough and selecting the finest toppings that reflect the island’s rich culinary heritage. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, you'll master the techniques to recreate your pizza at home and impress your loved ones.

• Welcome Spritz (Prosecco, soda, and Aperol)

• Sicilian Aperitif with Panelle & Crocchette (Fried potato balls and Sicilian fritters made with chickpea flour, water, salt, pepper, and olive oil)

• Pizza (A variety of toppings, including vegetarian options)

• Sicilian Cannoli (Traditional Sicilian pastry—crispy fried tubes filled with sweet ricotta cream)

Cronograma

• 7:00 pm: Welcome aperitif in the garden
• 7.45 pm: Pizza masterclass starting and dinner
• 10.00 pm: Cannoli dessert and Amaro
• 10.30 pm: End of the experience
