Your journey begins with a warm and inviting Welcome sprits and a delightful Sicilian aperitivo with Panelle & Crocchette, setting the stage for a fun and relaxed afternoon. As you sip your drink, you’ll have a chance to mingle with fellow participants and get ready for a culinary adventure.
Once you’re settled in, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and head to the pizza station. Equipped with fresh, local ingredients, you’ll learn how to create your own delicious Sicilian pizza from scratch. Under the guidance of our Pizza Chef, you’ll discover the secrets to making pizza dough and selecting the finest toppings that reflect the island’s rich culinary heritage. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, you'll master the techniques to recreate your pizza at home and impress your loved ones.

The experience takes place in our privately owned villa, where we have a traditional wood-fired pizza oven in the garden. The villa is a 10-minute drive from the Milazzo motorway exit. Free parking is available on-site, with three designated parking spots for guests.
