Located in a small residential alley by the main street and a small park, where you can still peek a little of Taipei 101. In this relaxing kitchen you will not only learn how to make your own Taiwanese food with our family recipes, but also be shared with Taiwanese tea culture and drinking culture of Taiwanese people in their daily life.

Our mission is to recreate the most popular and traditional small eats in Taiwan with you, to share the culture through culinary tours, and make Taipei your home.

Xiao long bao Course

Soup: Hot & Sour Soup
Main: Xiaolongbao (Soup Dumplings)
Side Dish1: Cucumber Salad
Side Dish2: Dry Tofu Mixed with Peanuts
Dessert: 3 Kinds of Taiwanese tea tasting and traditional pineapple cake (Summer menu of dessert: Mango shaved ice)

i really enjoyed the class. Pinchun took great care to teach us the details. i can now make xiao long bao! totally recommend it

"Don't miss it!"

Hostess extremely knowledgeable on the food and the ingredients. She also treated us with a variety of teas (different degree of fermentation and baking) and hand made sweets. A lesson (which was not on the menu!) About how to enjoy the teas was given. Best yet, recipes and surprise gifts to take home. I am extremely confident that I can replicate the dishes at home after her thorough instructions. She is proficient in Chinese English and Japanese.

It was a fantastic way to spend a few hours of our trip. We learnt a lot and had great food. The classroom was beautiful and the class was intimate with only 5 people. I would definitely recommend

"Amazing cooking experience at Tpe"

It’s so nice to experience Taiwan tea culture and food by cooking class. The environment is well-equipped and relaxing. 2 couples including us joined the class. The host is friendly and could take care of many details. Soup dumplings took some works and we were so happy to have our own handmade soup dumplings and side dishes as lunch! After lunch, tea ceremony gave the perfect end of this class :) we would love to take another classes from the studio again next time!
