Get ready to learn Tuscan Bites old mama’s cooking secrets. A 4 course meal from the "Antipasto" to the dessert, while enjoying the hands on session, a glass of wine and fun expertise professionals. First of all You will make a traditional antipasto with a pecorino cheese, honey and Nuts, grilled in the oven and served on crisp bread.

You will learn to make Handmade Pasta (tagliatelle) and sauces with fresh ingredients. After Pasta you enjoy to learn how to make the best Tiramisù in Town, with three different tastes.

The class will be held at Tuscanbites place, menu can be tailor-made to your group likes. After cooking you can taste your dishes and drink a very good glass of wine.

"SO. MUCH. FUN!"

We had a fantastic time learning and laughing our way through a multi course meal! Max was patient and incredibly knowledgeable to the point where cooking became a fun event with new friends! The food was soooo good and the company was even better. Do yourself a favor a book a class!!

"Delightful cooking class"

This class was so much fun and very informative! It was easy to book and we had personal communication with the instructor. It was completely hands-on and taught us simple techniques with simple ingredients. Our instructor was very personal and created a welcoming and friendly experience. He was very good at making dietary modifications. I would highly recommend!

Overall the class was great! We had a lovely time and the meal was delicious. Initially, when arriving for the class we had expected it to be a private session. Another couple was also there and the doors were locked. I’m assuming the other couple being there was not intentional they just double booked. I say this because when someone came to let us in they were clearly not expecting us and were unaware of our reservation until they searched through the computer and found it. It made the first little bit quite awkward, but our chef quickly became very pleasant and accommodating. The lesson itself was really fun and the wine was complimentary and delicious :) I would still recommend this class to a friend.

My husband and I took this class on our last day in Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed the class. We both learned some new techniques and tips and the food was delicious. We look forward to recreating the menu in our own kitchen. We both would highly recommend this class.

"My husband and I loved this cooking class! We had two instructors - one who was training and the other who was looking on and assisting and both were very friendly. It was also nice only having 4 people in the class. The recipes we made were fun to make and delicious - I will definitely try to recreate! They gave us the recipes in an email as well. The timing of this class was great too. We still got to have the whole day for activities in Florence then we made our way to this class at 4:50 pm. It was also in a very convenient location in the middle of Florence so it was an easy walk back to our B&B. I would definitely recommend it!"
