As Chef Pornnarin who is a passionate Prawn-Lover, wanted to bring the old lost Thai traditional cooking method of cooking prawns to serve and teach you. The combinations of ingredients with spices and condiments is one of the secret that has yet to been reveal!!

Facility: have a lot of tools to support your experience
Highlights: Special Recipes such as Tom Yum River Prawn, Padthai, Sukhothai noodle soup, Thai-Chinese Moon Cake, Thai Miniature fruit confection. However, we have a lot of Thai food and dessert recipes.

"Best decision we can ever made."

We had the pleasure in having a cooking class at Baan Sattaya and this was one of the best decisions we can ever made. Everything was perfect for our family of 5 including our daughter (16) and 2 boys (12, 9). Our class around 4 hours, was professionally run and most importantly it was overdosed with fun and laughter. The whole tam at Baan Sattaya was so attentive and helpful. Other than our Teacher, we had another 4 assistants in helping out, be with advice or preparation for the next dish. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We really had a blast! Loads of information to all requested dishes, ingredients, people, culture and much more. Got recommendations for replacements of specific ingredients we cannot buy in our country. Everybody was so kind and we would really recommend this cooking class!! Dear Chef Noo & her team, Thank you for having us at the exclusive cooking class on 5th Sep 2018. We enjoyed your class because you are different from other chefs - 1) You didn't loose your cool though we were late for almost an hour as we were stuck in the morning traffic jam, 2) Though you were not well, you were so detailed by teaching my family how to cook each dish from scratch, 3) Your patience with my younger child Eden who is 9yrs old, 4) You added a "look-chope" dessert for us and Eden had so much fun 5) You had a photographer standby to capture our moments and email us after the class, 6) Your son email me 1 night before to make sure we know the direction, 7) You let us taste your famous "mooncakes" - they were delicious! 8) Last but not least, your food are the best in Bangkok!!!!
