Our philosophy regarding preparing and cooking food in our class is simple. We believe hands-on training in the kitchen is the best way to learn how to cook.

Schedule

8:00 am: Pick up from your Hotel or Villa with air-conditioned transport
8:30 am: Traditional market visit
9:30 am: Arrived at the cooking school, our home.
9:35 am: Local Balinese breakfast with coffee or tea and cold towel is served
9:45 am: Herb and spice lecture
10:00 am: Hands-on cooking lesson and recipe booklet to take home
12:45 pm: Lunch, we will serve your own cooking at our balcony with 180° spectacular rice field, mountain and ocean view.
1:30 pm: End of the class and return back to your Hotel or Villa.

Free pickup for Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Pererenan, Kerobokan, and Tanah Lot.

Other areas: Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Ubud, Balian Beach, a transport fee of IDR 550.000 per car (6 ppl max.), pay at arrival.

"Amazing!"

Just do it, amazing experience in a beautiful setting with an amazing Chef and cooks.

"Very authentic Balinese cooking class"

The cooking class was a very authentic experience. We were picked up at Canggu at 8 in the morning. Then we went to an authentic Balinese market, where Erlinda explained to us every Balinese ingredient, as well as traditions one can expect in a traditional market. After that Erlinda took us to her beautiful home and well-equipped cooking studio. Where we got a yummy breakfast and learned how to cook 14 Balinese recipes from scratch, without artificial ingredients or sauces, the atmosphere was terrific and we had such a good time. We also got help from her very friendly helpers. The food and dishes tasted so good. It was amazing how much we cooked in that short period. I would say this was a very authentic and non-touristic experience. I would recommend it and do it again.
