This 1-hour class includes hands-on instruction to learn to prepare 2 tasty Thai dishes.

The class starts with an introduction to the core ingredients used in Thai cuisine, and then you will jump straight into the cooking. This is a short class so we will prepare and cut all the ingredients for you, so you just have to Cook & Eat. Our instructor will provide all the background information you need to ensure you are comfortable to cook again at home.

This class is intended as an introduction to Thai Cooking. As we are located close attractions like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, it provides an opportunity to break from sightseeing and learn about Thai cuisine.

Whilst you are at The Flower Market it is also a great opportunity to explore the market itself. While a market tour is not included in the class, you can ask us about an add-on market tour before or after.

Bonus: If you arrive 30mins before the class time, you can join a fun 'Market Hunt' activity to find the ingredients. This will cost an additional of 50 baht. You can pay the amount directly to the host on the day.

• Tom Yum Goong (Spicy sour shrimp soup)
• Tom Kha Gai (Chicken soup with coconut milk)
